CCL is also holding valid license of IP-Telephony Service from BTRC from 2020 which start commercial operation soon. We have coverage for all over Bangladesh in 64 districts
We ensure multiple layer backup through UG & OH fiber to ensure higher availability though robust access network. Our backbone core network has geo-redundancy with DC-DR which is enabled by secured MPLS UG backbone via NTTN. We have also multiple power backups to provide maximum service availability.
CCL has the access to largest fiber network in Bangladesh and to ensure highest last-mile availability it facilitates though secondary fiber cable.
We try to accommodate radio connectivity as tertiary last-mile protection on demand basis subject to related viability.
We are connected with the largest Internet Gateway Operator (IIG) in Bangladesh under Summit Group which is connected through different submarine cables; i.e. I2I, IMEWE, TIC, TGN-EA, SMW3, SMW4 and SMW5 by establishing strong partnership with Tata Communications Limited and Bharti Airtel.
We also have protected up-stream facility through ITC, maintaining tertiary level redundancy in terrestrial route with disaster recovery center to provide best experience to its clients. We ensure country’s best latency over any site & less hop than any competitors.
CCL ensures end to end upstream level reliability up to 99.99% though its robust network of upstream provider.
We are connected to BDIX; thus you can use BDIX servers for better services. Using CCL Internet anyone can access all licensed live-tv/streaming platforms.
CCL only provides dedicated internet connectivity mostly required in Corporate/Enterprise/SME client segment. We are not serving retail connectivity or shared connection to mass users at present. However, if any particular client wants dedicated home connection as SME segment, CCL can serve.
